Product Overview

The Pro Hub Slim plugs into both USB-C ports on your MacBook and adds seven connections: a full function USB4 pass-through port carrying 6K 60Hz display output, 40 Gbps data and 100W charging on one cable, a 4K 60Hz HDMI output, two USB-A data ports at 10 Gbps, a USB-C data port at 10 Gbps, and SD and Micro SD card readers at UHS-I speeds.

Setup

The Pro Hub Slim is plug-and-play, no drivers or software required.

1. Connect to a laptop: Plug the Dual USB-C Connectors into the two USB-C ports on your laptop.

2. Connect your devices: Connect your devices to the hub's ports.

Ports and Features

1. Dual USB-C Connectors: The two fixed USB-C connectors that plug into the pair of USB-C ports on your laptop.
2. USB4 Pass-Through Port (40Gbps) (100W PD) (6K/60Hz): Full function USB4 port: up to 100W Power Delivery pass-through charging, up to 6K at 60Hz display output, and data transfer up to 40 Gbps.
3. LED Indicator: Shows that the hub is connected and powered.
4. HDMI Video Port (4K@60Hz): HDMI output supporting up to 4K at 60Hz.
5. 2X USB-A Data Ports (10Gbps): Two USB-A ports for data transfer, up to 10 Gbps. Connected USB devices should not draw more than 900mA.
6. SD & Micro SD Card Slots (UHS-I): Card readers for SD and Micro SD cards at UHS-I speeds. Insert the Micro SD card with its pins facing down and the SD card with its pins facing up.
7. USB-C Data Port (10Gbps): USB-C port for data transfer, up to 10 Gbps.

Important Limitations

Connected USB devices should not exceed an input current of 900mA. This is the per device limit for anything plugged into the hub.

Safely eject data storage devices prior to disconnecting adapter. Eject drives and memory cards through your operating system before you unplug the hub.

The MicroSD card should be inserted with its pins facing down, and the SD card with its pins facing up. The two slots face opposite ways, so check the orientation before you push a card in.
