Product Overview

The 4-in-1 USB-C Slim Multiport Adapter 4K turns a single USB-C port on your laptop or tablet into four connections: 4K 60Hz HDMI video output, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 data ports at 10 Gbps, and a USB-C Power Delivery port that accepts up to 100W from your charger and passes up to 80W through to your host device. The slim aluminum housing sits on a braided cable with a reinforced neck.

Setup

The 4-in-1 USB-C Slim Multiport Adapter 4K is plug-and-play, no drivers or software required.

1. Connect to a USB-C host device: Plug the adapter's USB-C connector into the USB-C port on your laptop, tablet, or other USB-C host device.

2. Connect your devices: Connect your display, drives, and other accessories to the adapter's ports.

Ports and Features

1. USB-C PD Port (100W Input, 80W Output Max): Power Delivery pass-through port. It accepts up to 100W of input from your USB-C charger and passes up to 80W through to your host device. It does not support data transfer or video output.
2. 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 Ports (10Gbps): Two USB-A data ports, up to 10 Gbps each. Connected USB devices should not exceed an input current of 900mA, and these ports are not compatible with the Apple USB SuperDrive or other CD readers.
3. HDMI Video Port (4K@60Hz): HDMI video output supporting up to 4K at 60Hz.
4. USB-C Connector: The attached braided USB-C cable that connects the adapter to your host device. It carries video, data, and power on one cable.

Important Limitations

Connected USB devices should not exceed an input current of 900mA. This is the limit for USB devices plugged into the adapter.

Do not connect more than one external hard drive at a time. Bus-powered drives draw their power through the adapter from your host device, so only one at a time is supported.

USB-C charging port will not support data transfer or video output. It is a power-only port. Use the USB-A ports for data and the HDMI port for video.

Not compatible with Apple USB SuperDrive or other CD readers due to excessive power requirements. These drives need more power than the adapter can supply.
