You get a 10 Gbps USB-C data port, a 10 Gbps USB-A data port, two USB 2.0 ports on the back for a keyboard, mouse or dongle, and SD plus Micro SD card readers, all from one USB-C cable.
Setup
The USB-C Slim Dock for 24" iMac is plug-and-play, no drivers or software required.

Important Limitations
The USB ports are not designed for charging, only for device syncing, data transfer and USB peripherals. Charge your devices from the iMac's own ports or from a wall charger instead.
The USB-C data port will not support video output. The dock does not carry a display signal at all. Drive an external monitor from the iMac's own ports.
The USB-A ports will not work with CD readers, including the Apple USB SuperDrive. This applies to the 10 Gbps USB-A port on the front and to both USB 2.0 ports on the back.
The SSD enclosure is limited to 2TB. It takes M.2 NVMe or SATA drives up to 2TB, at up to 10 Gbps. The SSD is not included.
The dock fits the 2021 and 2023 24-inch iMac only. It is sized for those models and will not fit other iMacs.
