If the backlight isn’t working on your Slim EX1 Wireless Keyboard, try these steps:

• Press the backlight brightness key (F5/F6).
• Make sure the battery is above 20% — the backlight turns off automatically at low battery.
• Connect the USB-C cable to charge, and test the backlight while it’s plugged in.
