If your Slim EX1 Wireless Keyboard won’t pair, try these steps:

• Make sure the keyboard is charged — connect the USB-C cable for about 15 minutes if you’re unsure.
• Hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly.
• On your device, remove any existing “Slim EX1” entries from Bluetooth > Paired Devices, then scan again.
• Try pairing with a different device to see whether the issue is the keyboard or your device.
