If your Slim Wireless Keypad keeps disconnecting, try these steps:

• Stay within Bluetooth range (about 30 ft / 10 m).
• Temporarily turn off other Bluetooth devices to rule out interference.
• Recharge it (or replace the batteries) — low power can cause dropouts.
• Make sure your macOS or Windows is up to date.
