If your C1 USB-C Wired Mouse won’t turn on or is unresponsive, try these steps:

• Charge it for at least 30 minutes with the included USB-C cable before testing (if rechargeable), or check/replace the batteries.
• Make sure the power switch is in the ON position.
• Look for the LED indicator to confirm it has power.
• If there’s still no response, test the cable/port or try a fresh battery.

If the problem continues after these steps, submit a support request.
