If your card is not detected in the USB-C Combo Hub for Desktop, check the card direction, make sure only one card is inserted, and confirm the card type is supported.

• Insert SD and microSD cards with the chip facing up and the label facing down.
• The SD and microSD slots cannot be used at the same time. Use one card at a time.
• The USB-C Combo Hub for Desktop supports UHS-I and UHS-II SD and microSD cards, at UHS-I speeds.
• Maximum card capacity is 2TB.
