What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?

Make sure to provide your order number so we can provide a faster solution to your inquiry.
Lost Packages:
We will follow up with the carrier delivering your package to initiate a package investigation.
Package Investigations might take 1-9 business days to receive a resolution from the carrier and determine if the package in fact has been lost during transit or delivered at the wrong address.
If the package has been delivered at the wrong address, carriers might be able to retrieve the package and deliver it to the correct address within 1-2 business days after being delivered.
*Replacements can only be sent after a package resolution has been received from the carrier*
Damaged Packages:
Provide pictures of the damaged product and your order number. Satechi will send you a replacement only if we can determine that the reason of damage has been caused by the carrier during transit time.
An RMA will be created, Satechi will email you a prepaid return label with instructions on how to properly pack the items being returned.
A replacements will be sent after we receive the original order.
International orders damaged on transit are subject to all specification and instructions above. Pictures will be required to determine if the items need to return Satechi or kept for personal disposal.
Satechi is not responsible for any damaged and/or lost packages reported after 30 days of purchase
