Can I have my order redirected to another address if my order has already been shipped?
Once your online Satechi order ships, it will be sent to the address you provided at the time of your order, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
If you are unable to receive or pick up your order after three delivery attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Returns at the customer's fault will not be reimbursed.
If you are unable to receive your delivery at the address listed on your order, please hold your shipment so you can pick it up. This option is only available for eligible packages as specified by the carrier. Some packages may not be eligible for this option when you pick up your order. According to carrier regulations, your personal identification address must match the delivery address for your order.
