Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Satechi can help modify your address if any of the following options apply.

• If we haven't yet sent the item
• If the street name needs to be modified
• If the unit number needs to be modified

We are unable to modify the recipient name, city, or country on an existing order. 
 

If Satechi is unable to make changes to an existing order, one of our Fulfillment agents will offer you the option to cancel the transaction, and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. The customer will have to place a new order with the correct shipping address.
