Satechi can help on modifying your address if any of the following options below apply.

• If we haven't yet sent the item
• If the street name needs to be modified
• If the unit number needs to me modified

We are unable to modify the name of the recipient, city or country of an existing order.

If Satechi is unable to make changes to an existing order, one of our shippign agents will offer you to cancel the transaction and a refund will be issue to the original form of payment. Customer will have to place a new order with the correct shipping address.
