Satechi Bluetooth keyboards and keypads are classified as input devices by Windows. They must be paired through the Control Panel > Devices and Printers (not through Windows Bluetooth Settings). When prompted for a passcode, click "Or try entering a passcode on it" and type the displayed code on the keypad itself, then press Enter.
