What's in the Box
USB-C Multiport Pro Adapter, user manual.
Step 1: Connect the Adapter
Plug the adapter's USB-C connector into your laptop's USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 port. The adapter is bus-powered and does not require a separate power source.
Step 2: Connect Your Devices
- HDMI: Connect a monitor or TV using an HDMI cable. Supports up to 4K @ 30Hz.
- USB-A Ports: Plug in USB peripherals (mouse, keyboard, flash drive, external HDD).
- Ethernet: Connect an Ethernet cable for wired networking (Gigabit).
- USB-C PD: Connect your laptop charger for pass-through charging while using the adapter.
- SD / Micro SD: Insert memory cards for file transfer.
Step 3: Verify Connections
Your computer should recognize all connected devices automatically. No drivers are required on macOS or Windows.
V1 vs. V2 Differences
Both versions share the same port layout. The V2 features updated internal chipsets for improved compatibility with newer macOS versions and Apple Silicon Macs.
