Setup Guide
Get up and running in minutes.
Step 1 – Connect to your Mac
Plug the USB-C cable into your MacBook. Click Allow Accessories if prompted.
Step 2 – Connect a display
Use a USB-C to HDMI cable for an external monitor. Arrange in System Settings → Displays.
Step 3 – Connect peripherals
Plug in drives, keyboards, and mice. All ports are plug-and-play.

Resolve the most common issues in minutes.
Display not detected
- Check USB-C cable is in the host port, not a data port.
- Use a USB-C to HDMI 2.0+ cable.
- Go to System Settings → Displays → Detect Displays.
USB device not recognised
- Reconnect the hub to your Mac to reset the controller.
- Try a different port on the hub.
Not charging Mac
- Ensure you are connected to the hub's host port.
- Use a 20W+ USB-C power adapter for full charging speed.
