Can I Get a Replacement 2.4GHz Dongle for My SM1/SM3 Keyboard?
The Satechi SM1 and SM3 keyboards:

Include a built-in 2.4GHz wireless connection that pairs exclusively with the USB dongle provided in the box. Each dongle is uniquely matched to its specific keyboard during manufacturing to ensure a stable, low-latency connection with minimal interference.
Because of this fixed hardware pairing system, the 2.4GHz dongle is not replaceable or interchangeable. A new dongle cannot be synced or programmed to work with the keyboard.
Why the Dongle Cannot Be Replaced
The SM1/SM3 dongle is designed to be permanently paired for:
• Reliable, interference-resistant wireless performance
• Faster response times compared to standard Bluetooth
• Consistent, secure pairing with only the intended keyboard
This design improves performance but prevents replacement if the dongle is lost.
What You Can Still Use
