Getting Started
Setup in 4 Steps
From box to fully running workstation in under two minutes.

Connect the power adapter
Plug the included 135W adapter into the DC port on the back. The dock cannot run on bus power from your Mac.

Connect to your MacBook
Use the included Thunderbolt 4 cable from the front host port to your MacBook. Click Allow Accessories when prompted.

Connect your displays
Use USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort cables to the rear Thunderbolt 4 ports. Go to System Settings → Displays to arrange them.

Connect remaining peripherals
Plug in keyboards, mice, USB drives, Ethernet, and SD cards. Everything is plug-and-play, no drivers needed.
  MacBook display compatibility: Base MacBook Air and MacBook 13" M1/M2/M3 support one external display only. MacBook Pro, Mac mini M1+, and Mac Studio support dual displays natively.

Troubleshooting
Resolve the most common issues in minutes.
 MacBook is not charging through the dock
→ Confirm the 135W adapter is in the DC port on the back and the outlet is live.
→ Use the included Thunderbolt 4 cable, not a USB-C data-only cable.
→ Connect to the front host port (labelled PD 96W), not a downstream port.
→ Test with a different Mac to isolate whether the issue is the dock or Mac port.
 Monitor not detected or no signal
Monitors must be connected to the rear Thunderbolt 4 ports, not the front host port.
→ Confirm dock power adapter is connected, displays won't work without it.
→ Use a USB-C to HDMI 2.0+ cable, passive adapters may not work at 4K.
→ Go to System Settings → Displays → Detect Displays.
→ Restart your Mac with displays connected.
 USB devices not recognised
→ Unplug the Thunderbolt cable from your Mac, wait 10 sec, reconnect, resets the USB controller.
→ Try the device on a different port on the dock.
→ Connect devices directly to the dock, not through another hub.
 Ethernet not connecting
→ Check the Ethernet cable is firmly clicked into the rear port.
→ Go to System Settings → Network, look for Thunderbolt Ethernet interface.
→ Try a different Ethernet cable. Connect directly to router.
 Mac doesn't recognise the dock at all
→ Use the included Thunderbolt 4 cable, third-party cables may be data-only.
→ Try a different Thunderbolt port on your MacBook.
→ Disconnect dock from power for 30 sec, reconnect, then reconnect to Mac.
→ Ensure macOS Big Sur 11.0 or later is installed.
