The SM3 Slim Mechanical Keyboard (ST-BTSMKW3) ships in Mac mode by default. In Mac mode, the Print Screen key is assigned to open your default mail application instead of capturing a screenshot.

If you're using Windows, you can switch the keyboard to Windows mode:

1. Press and hold Fn + P to switch from Mac mode to Windows mode.
2. Test the Print Screen key. It should now capture screenshots as expected.
3. To switch back to Mac mode later, press and hold Fn + P again.

This behavior is normal and does not indicate a hardware problem. The keyboard defaults to Mac mode out of the box, and switching to Windows mode resolves the issue immediately.
