If your SM3 Slim Mechanical Keyboard (ST-BTSMKW3) doesn't appear in the Bluetooth device list on your Mac, iPad, or iPhone, it may not be in pairing mode or may already be connected to another device.
Try the following:
- Press and hold Fn + 1, Fn + 2, or Fn + 3 (depending on the Bluetooth channel you want to use) for about 3 seconds until the pairing LED begins flashing.
- Open your device's Bluetooth settings and look for Satechi SM3 in the list of available devices.
- If the keyboard was previously paired with your device, remove ("Forget") it from Bluetooth settings before pairing again.
- Make sure the keyboard isn't currently connected to another device on a different Bluetooth channel.
- If needed, switch to another Bluetooth channel by holding Fn + a different number key (1, 2, or 3).
If the pairing LED does not flash when entering pairing mode, please contact Customer Support for warranty assistance.
