Setup

The USB-C Multiport Pro Adapter is plug-and-play — no drivers required.

Step 1: Plug the built-in USB-C cable into a USB-C port on your laptop or tablet.
Step 2: Connect your devices to the adapter's ports.

Important Notes

USB-C charge port is for charging only: The USB-C charge port does not support video output or data transfer. It is for power delivery only.

Direct HDMI cable required: To transmit video via the HDMI port, use a direct HDMI-to-HDMI cable (not included). Adapters or converters may not work reliably.

SD and Micro SD cannot be used simultaneously: The SD card slot and Micro SD card slot cannot be used at the same time. Insert only one card at a time.

USB device current limit: Connected USB devices should not exceed an input current of 900mA.

Not compatible with Apple USB SuperDrive: The adapter is not compatible with the Apple USB SuperDrive or other CD/DVD drives due to power requirements.

What is the maximum HDMI resolution?
The HDMI port supports up to 4K at 30Hz.

Can I use the SD and Micro SD slots at the same time?
No. The SD and Micro SD card slots cannot be used simultaneously. Use one at a time.

Can I charge my laptop through this adapter?
Yes. Connect a USB-C PD charger (up to 100W) to the USB-C charge port. Note that this port does not support data transfer or video output.

Does this work with iPad?
Yes. The adapter is compatible with Mac laptops and tablets with a USB-C port.
