When a new device is connected to the Satechi ChargeView™ 240W Desktop Charger, the charger briefly renegotiates power delivery across all active ports. This renegotiation causes a momentary pause in charging on existing devices — typically lasting only a few seconds — before all devices resume charging at their newly allocated wattage. This is normal behavior and not a defect. If charging does not resume within 10 seconds, unplug all devices and reconnect them one at a time, starting with your highest-power device on Port C1 or C2.
