For the best charging performance with the Satechi ChargeView™ 240W Desktop Charger (ST-C6CV240C-US), use USB-IF certified USB-C cables that are rated for the wattage you need. To charge a device at 100W or more through Ports C1 or C2, use a full-featured USB-C cable rated for at least 5A (240W / 40Gbps). A cable rated for only 60W will limit charging to 60W regardless of the port or device capabilities. For phones and tablets on C3 through C6, any USB-C PD-compatible cable works. Satechi USB-C cables are certified and compatible with the ChargeView 240W Desktop Charger and are available at satechi.com.
