If the M1 Wireless Mouse is not responding, try the following:

1. Charge the mouse for 2 to 3 hours with the included cable until the blue LED turns off.
2. On your Bluetooth list, tap the (i) icon next to "Satechi M1 Mouse" and choose to forget the device.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Hold the pairing button on the underside of the mouse for 3 to 4 seconds to enter pairing mode, then reconnect.
5. If the problem continues, test the mouse on a different device to see whether the issue repeats.
