If the M1 Wireless Mouse is not responding, try the following:
- Charge the mouse for 2 to 3 hours with the included cable until the blue LED turns off.
- On your Bluetooth list, tap the (i) icon next to "Satechi M1 Mouse" and choose to forget the device.
- Restart your computer.
- Hold the pairing button on the underside of the mouse for 3 to 4 seconds to enter pairing mode, then reconnect.
- If the problem continues, test the mouse on a different device to see whether the issue repeats.
