If your M1 Wireless Mouse won’t turn on or is unresponsive, try these steps:

• Charge the mouse for at least 30 minutes with the included USB-C cable before testing.
• Make sure the power switch on the bottom is fully slid to the ON position.
• While charging, check for the LED indicator (red while charging).
• If there’s still no LED even while plugged into a charging cable, the mouse may need service.

If it shows no signs of life on a known-good cable, submit a support request.
