If your M1 Wireless Mouse won’t pair or doesn’t appear in your Mac’s Bluetooth list, try these steps:

• Turn the mouse off, wait 5 seconds, then turn it back on.
• Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the bottom for 3 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly (pairing mode).
• On your Mac, go to System Settings > Bluetooth and look for “Satechi M1 Mouse” in the Nearby Devices list.
• If you’ve paired it before, remove the existing entry, then pair again.
• If pairing still fails, reset your Mac’s Bluetooth module: on macOS Monterey or earlier, hold Shift + Option, click the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar, and choose “Reset the Bluetooth module.” On newer macOS, restart the Mac with Bluetooth off, then on.

If it still won’t pair after a full charge, submit a support request.
