This User Manual covers the Satechi OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K), models ST-B5Q2SK, ST-B5Q2SW and ST-B5Q2SR. It explains the parts of the OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K), how to charge a device, how to recharge the power bank, what the LED indicators mean, important notes, safety instructions, the limited warranty and certifications.

Parts of the Satechi OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K)

• 1. Qi2 Wireless Charger (15W Max)
• 2. Power Button: press to turn on and start charging your device; press twice to turn off.
• 3. Adjustable Hinge (up to 120°)
• 4. USB-C Port (Input/Output 20W Max.)
• 5. LED Indicator: shows the battery level of the power bank. Blinks white while the power bank is being charged and turns blue while a device is being charged.

How to charge a device with the Satechi OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K)

1. Attach the OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K) to your device.
2. Press the power button to start charging.

To turn off the OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K), press the power button twice.

Note: The OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K) will automatically turn off after 30 seconds when no device is detected.

How to recharge the Satechi OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K)

1. Connect the included USB-C cable to the OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K).
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB-C charging port.

A minimum 20W input power is recommended for optimal charging.

The OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K) supports pass-through charging, which allows you to charge your device and recharge the power bank at the same time.

What the LED indicators on the Satechi OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K) mean

Press the power button to turn on the OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K). The LED Indicator Lights show the battery level of the power bank.

• Battery level ranges shown: 0 to 25%, 25 to 50%, 50 to 75% and 75 to 100%.
• Blinking white: the power bank is being charged.
• Blue: a device is being charged.
• Blinking blue: an unexpected object is detected on the Qi2 Magnetic Power Bank.

Important notes for the Satechi OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K)

• Minimum 20W input power recommended for optimal charging.
• Only Qi2 and MagSafe compliant devices will reach 15W via the Qi2 Magnetic Power Bank.
• Compatible with MagSafe, Qi2, or Qi-enabled devices utilizing a magnetic case or magnetic sticker.
• Keep away from water or other liquids.
• The LED Indicator light will blink blue if an unexpected object is detected on the Qi2 Magnetic Power Bank.

Safety instructions for the Satechi OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K)

Caution: Risk of fire and burns. Do not open, crush, heat above 35°C or incinerate. Follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Important safety instructions pertaining to risk of fire or injury to persons. Warning: when using this product, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

• Read all the instructions before using the product.
• To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
• Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
• Do not expose the power bank to rain or snow.
• Use a power supply recommended by the manufacturer, or it may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
• Do not use the power bank in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
• Do not use a damaged or modified power bank. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not disassemble the power bank. Disassembly or reassembly of the power bank may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.
• Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperatures above 100°C / 212°F may cause explosions.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
• Switch off the power bank when not in use.

Limited warranty for the Satechi OntheGo™ Power Bank (5K)

Satechi warrants that your Satechi hardware product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years beginning from the date of purchase. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary under local laws. For detailed information on the coverage of this limited warranty go to support.satechi.com.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
