If your device charges, then stops, then starts again on the 165W USB-C 4-Port PD GaN Charger, try these steps:
- Try a different USB-C cable — a loose or worn connector is the most common cause of intermittent charging.
- Clean the USB-C port on both the charger and your device with a quick burst of compressed air.
- Connect just one device to rule out power re-negotiation from sharing across the ports.
- Try a different wall outlet, since unstable power can make the charger reset.
- If it only happens when the charger is hot, let it cool and try again.
If the problem continues with a known-good cable, submit a support request.
