If wireless charging on the OntheGo Qi2 2-in-1 Wireless Charger starts and stops, try these steps:

• Re-center your device so it lines up with the charging coil.
• Remove any case thicker than 3 mm, or any case with a metal plate.
• Clean the charging surface and your device’s back.
• Try a different power source or outlet.

If the problem continues after these steps, submit a support request.
