Some warmth during charging is normal for the OntheGo Qi2 2-in-1 Wireless Charger. Here’s what’s normal and when to be concerned:

• It’s normal for the charger to feel warm under load, especially when charging more than one device.
• Make sure there’s adequate ventilation around the charger and it isn’t covered.
• If it becomes too hot to hold comfortably, or you notice a burning smell or discoloration, stop using it immediately and submit a support request.
