Quick Start Guide
What's in the Box
Aluminum Type-C Pro Hub Adapter, user manual.
Step 1: Connect the Hub
Plug the hub's USB-C connector directly into your MacBook Pro's USB-C/Thunderbolt port. The hub is designed to sit flush against the side of your MacBook for a clean look.
Step 2: Connect Your Devices
- Thunderbolt 3: Pass-through port for charging your MacBook (up to 60W) or connecting a Thunderbolt display.
- HDMI: Connect an external monitor at up to 4K @ 30Hz.
- 2x USB 3.0 Type-A: Plug in flash drives, external hard drives, mice, or keyboards.
- SD / Micro SD: Insert memory cards for photo and video transfer.
Step 3: Verify Connections
All devices should be recognized automatically. No drivers are required on macOS.
Compatibility
Designed for MacBook Pro models with USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 ports (2016-2021). Also works with MacBook Air (2018 and later) and other USB-C laptops, though the form factor is optimized for MacBook Pro.
Troubleshooting
Hub Not Recognized
Disconnect and firmly reconnect the USB-C connector. Try a different USB-C port on your MacBook. If the hub feels warm after extended use, disconnect for a few minutes and reconnect.
HDMI Not Displaying
Try a different HDMI cable. Go to System Settings > Displays to detect and configure the external monitor.
