Getting Started

Setup Guide
Get up and running in minutes.

Install SSD
Remove the cover, slide in your M.2 NVMe SSD, and secure the cover.

Connect to Mac
Use the included USB-C cable to connect to your Mac.

Format in Disk Utility
Open Disk Utility → select the drive → Erase. Choose APFS for Mac, exFAT for cross-platform.
  SSD not included. Compatible with M.2 NVMe (PCIe) SSDs. SATA M.2 drives are not supported.

Troubleshooting
Resolve the most common issues in minutes.
SSD not showing in Finder
→ Open Disk Utility, if drive appears but not in Finder, click Mount.
→ New unformatted drives must be erased in Disk Utility first.
Drive not recognised at all
→ Confirm SSD is fully seated in the M.2 slot.
→ Test the SSD in a different enclosure.
