To use the On-Screen Pointer with the R2 Bluetooth Multimedia Remote Control on an iPhone, turn on AssistiveTouch in iOS first, then calibrate the pointer.
- On your iPhone, go to Settings, then Accessibility, then Touch, then AssistiveTouch, and turn AssistiveTouch on.
- Switch the R2 Remote to Presentation Mode, then press the Mouse Button (the mouse or microphone icon) to calibrate the pointer.
- Use the directional buttons to move the pointer, the Mute/L button to select an app or open the on-screen keyboard, and the Home Button to return to the home screen.
- If the on-screen keyboard does not appear, switch the R2 Remote to Media Mode, press the Keyboard Button (the keyboard or R icon), then switch back to Presentation Mode.
Note: on an iPad, the on-screen pointer appears automatically when you switch to Presentation Mode and press the Mouse Button.
