If you connect headphones or speakers to the 3.5mm audio port on the Thunderbolt 4 Multimedia Pro Dock and hear no sound, you need to select the dock as your audio output device.

On a Mac:

1. Open System Settings, then Sound, then Output.
2. Plug your 3.5mm headphones or speakers into the 3.5mm port on the dock.
3. Select USB PnP Audio Device or General USB Audio Device from the list.

The 3.5mm port works with most headphones, speakers, and microphones. If you still have no sound after selecting the USB audio device, please contact Satechi Support.
