Yes. The Triple 4K Display Docking Station requires the DisplayLink software to drive its DisplayPort and HDMI display groups. Install it before connecting those displays.

On macOS, you also need to grant Screen Recording permission so DisplayLink can work. Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Screen Recording, and enable DisplayLink Manager.
