If protected video will not play, or your browser will not stream through the Triple 4K Display Docking Station, it is usually related to the DisplayLink software and your browser settings.
Protected (HDCP) content from Netflix and other streaming services is supported in Google Chrome, but not in Safari. To get it working in Chrome:
- Make sure DisplayLink is allowed under Screen Recording in System Settings, then Privacy & Security.
- In Chrome, open Settings, then System, and turn off Use hardware acceleration when available.
- Relaunch Chrome.
