If headphones or speakers are not detected, or you hear no sound, from the 3.5mm audio port on the Triple 4K Display Docking Station, set the dock as your audio device.

1. Open System Settings, then Sound.
2. Under Output, or Input for a microphone, select USB Audio, shown as USB PnP Audio Device or General USB Audio Device.
3. Plug your 3.5mm headphones, speakers, or microphone into the audio port on the dock.

The audio port works with most 3.5mm headphones, speakers, and microphones. If you still have no sound, please contact Satechi Support.
