If devices connected to the front USB-A ports on your Mac Mini M4 Stand & Hub with SSD Enclosure aren’t recognized, try these steps:
- Make sure the hub’s built-in USB-C cable is firmly plugged into a USB-C port on your Mac Mini.
- Try a different USB-A device in the same port.
- On Mac, open System Information > USB to check whether the hub appears.
- Disconnect and reconnect the hub.
- Note: two of the USB-A ports run at up to 10Gbps and the third is USB 2.0 (480Mbps). The USB ports don’t support charging or CD/DVD drives, including the Apple SuperDrive.
If the problem continues after these steps, submit a support request.
