Tracking Your Order
After placing an order on satechi.com, you will receive two emails:
- Order Confirmation: Sent immediately with your product details, shipping method, and payment summary.
- Shipping Confirmation: Sent once your package leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number and carrier information.
Use your tracking number on our Order Tracking Page to check the status of your shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (United States)
Delivery times vary by shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the shipping confirmation email.
International
- First Class Package International: 7 to 21 business days
- USPS Commercial ePacket: 21 to 41 business days
International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance and inspections. These delays are outside Satechi's control.
My Package Says "Delivered" But I Don't Have It
- Check surrounding areas, porches, side doors, and garages.
- Check with your front desk, mailroom, or building management if applicable.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery from the carrier.
- Wait 24 to 36 hours, as tracking sometimes updates before actual delivery.
If you still have not received your package after 36 hours, contact us at sales@satechi.com.

Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Satechi has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for more information.
