Free US Shipping

Satechi offers free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders over $100 qualify for free 2-day shipping within the United States. Free shipping promotions apply to US domestic orders only and some exclusions may apply.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (weekdays only). Please allow additional time during peak promotional periods. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

US Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. Expedited and 2-day shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping

Yes, Satechi ships to many countries worldwide through satechi.com. Free shipping is not available for international orders. Shipping fees for international orders vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders shipped via UPS Saver take 3 to 5 business days. USPS Priority International typically takes up to 21 days with tracking. First Class International may take 21 to 41 business days with tracking. Delivery times are subject to change depending on customs processing in the destination country.

Which countries does Satechi ship to?

Satechi.com ships to most countries. If your country is available for shipping, it will appear in the country dropdown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship directly to that location at this time.

Can I buy Satechi products in Europe (EU)?

European customers can purchase Satechi products through satechi.com with international shipping, or through Amazon in European marketplaces including Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, Amazon.es, and Amazon.co.uk. Regional Amazon stores may offer faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

Do you ship to India, Bangladesh, or other countries?

Check the checkout page at satechi.com to see if your country is listed. If it is not available, you may be able to find Satechi products through Amazon in your region or through authorized local retailers.

Customs Duties and Taxes
