Device not charging

- Check cable and device port for debris or damage.
Charging slower than expected

- Using multiple ports simultaneously reduces per-port wattage.
- Use the highest-wattage port for your MacBook.
Charger gets warm
- Warmth is normal for GaN chargers ; they operate more efficiently than traditional chargers but still generate some heat.
- Ensure there is airflow around the charger.
