A. Yes, you can use the HDMI port for one display at 4K 60Hz (using a direct HDMI to HDMI connection - no DVI, VGA, Mini DisplayPort, etc) and one out of the Thunderbolt 3 port (the Type-C port nearest the HDMI, not the Type-C nearest the SD card slots) at 4K 60Hz using a Type-C to HDMI connection.
Please note: Dual Monitors will not be supported when using M1/M2 MacBooks.
