Will this be compatible with MacBooks that has a MagSafe charging port?

No, unfortunately not. The overall length of the hub will block the MagSafe charging port. 

You can check the Pro Hub Max and Pro Hub Mini instead if you are using the new MacBooks with a Magsafe Charging port.
