If your R2 Bluetooth Multimedia Remote Control won’t pair, try these steps:

• Slide the power switch on the bottom of the remote to on. The LED blinks green 3 times, then turns off.
• Make sure the remote is charged (connect it via USB-C).
• Enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button until the LED flashes.
• On your device, open Bluetooth settings, select “R2 Remote,” then click Connect.
• If you’ve paired the remote before, forget “R2 Remote” in your Bluetooth settings, then pair again.
• The R2 Bluetooth Multimedia Remote Control isn’t compatible with Windows devices.
